Frequently Asked Questions About Our Terms & Conditions
Minor breaches (like sharing your password) may result in a warning and temporary account freeze while we verify your activity. Serious violations such as fraud, money laundering or use of automated bots result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds. We always contact you first to hear your side.
Yes. You can close your account from the Account menu under 'Close Account'. If you have an active balance, we process a withdrawal first. Once closed, you cannot reopen the same account—you'd need to create a new one with fresh verification.
We never store your full payment credentials. Each deposit is processed through PCI-DSS certified gateways. Once a transaction clears, your payment method is removed from our servers and only the transaction ID remains in your history.
Go to the login page and tap 'Forgot Password'. We'll send a reset link to your registered email within two minutes. Click it to create a new password. If you no longer have access to that email, contact our support team with proof of identity to verify and recover your account.
Your full transaction history stays visible in your account as long as your account is active. After you close your account, we keep transaction records for seven years for regulatory purposes, but you can no longer view them in your lobby.
No. Our terms allow one account per person. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person, email or phone number, we merge them or close the duplicate accounts. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension.
Contact our support team immediately via live chat or email. We'll freeze your account, review your recent activity, and help you secure it. We can reset your password, remove unrecognized payment methods and restore your account once verified.
